“I am writing in regard to the student loan repayment education services provided to BankWest Inc by Ascendium Education Group. We discussed the need for this service based on research indicating student loan repayment was an attractive benefit for recruitment purposes. I wasn’t sure how the entire process worked and the sales rep was thorough in explaining the administration of the loan repayment. He also described the optional education website and the benefit the website would be to all BankWest employees. He was upfront with the cost which I appreciated. He has been immediately responsive every time I have reached out with a question or concern.

The service team is amazing to every one of my HR staff and employees they have been in contact with. Being in the financial services industry our internet security is very strict and we had some firewall issues that Ascendium was able to provide suggestions and help us promptly work through. The reports we can run are simple and easy to use when needing to report on user data.
